Want to spread some cheer to someone in need?
The Giving Tree will be displayed at the following venues:
- On Saturday, December 6th, from 12:00 to 4:00 pm, we’ll be at Williamstown’s Holiday Walk non-profit fair, held at the Williams College Lasell Gym (enter from Main Street).
- From December 7th to December 21st, the Giving Tree will be at Wild Soul River, located at 248 Cole Ave in Williamstown.

Remedy Hall is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, working to support our community during times of need.
Our Mission
Our heartfelt mission is to provide individuals and families experiencing great hardship with basic life necessities.
Our Services
We are a community-supported mutual aid center in Williamstown, MA providing those experiencing hardship with non-food, basic life necessities free of charge.
Location
We are located at 620 Main Street, Williamstown, MA—just two doors west of Ace/Aubuchon Hardware.
Our facility has convenient parking and an accessible entrance at the rear.
Hours of Operation
Monday – Friday: 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

Furniture Donations
For larger furniture donations, please call us at 413-884-3051 to arrange a drop-off.
In-Kind Donations
We gladly accept gently used or new items that help our neighbors live with dignity and comfort. Please make sure all donations are clean and in good condition. Most-needed items include:
- Pots and pans
- Winter coats, hats, socks, and gloves
- Soap, shampoo, toothpaste, and other toiletries
- Bedding, sheets, blankets, and pillows


Get Support
Our services are always free — no income requirements, no paperwork, and no proof of need required. It’s a store without a cash register!

Satellite Lockers
If you can’t make it to Remedy Hall, you can still access our services through one of our convenient satellite lockers:
- Milne Public Library: Open to all community members.
Two lockers are available — one in the Teen Room and another near the library’s main entrance. - Mt. Greylock School: Located in the School Resource Room, this locker is stocked with items of particular interest to students in grades 7-12 .
A heartfelt thank-you to the Mt. Greylock team for helping make this possible. - 330 Cole: A dedicated locker for residents is coming soon.
